Creating Mandalas for Insight and Healing-Saturday, December 2nd – 1-3 p.m.

Saturday, December 2nd – 1-3 p.m. – Sun and Moon Yoga Studio, Fairfax, Virginia – $30 This experiential workshop will begin with a discussion, followed by guided imagery, and then some fun with paints, pencils, and crayons as we create our own mandalas. Mandala means center, circumference, or magic circle. It creates a sacred space to invite the Self, the center of the total personality, into the present moment – a spiritual connection to the Creative Source. No artistic experience needed as we set the ego aside and let things flow from the inner being.

150-Hour Reflexology Certification – 2 Spots Available – 5 Weekends – 2018

150-Hour Reflexology Certification – 2 Spots Available – 5 Weekends – 2018

About 10 years ago, I wanted to add “touch” to my holistic practice – I’d been teaching Yoga at Sun and Moon and Life Coaching (by phone) for many years.  I was passionate about feet (I KNOW) – and about to give a 2-hour workshop – Yoga for your Feet, when I received a flyer in the mail, “Reflexology Classes Forming.”  WHAT!!  The teacher, Thurmond Greco lived in Burke, Virginia and the timing was perfect.  After 10-plus years of practicing Reflexology and 1000’s of clients – I have been led to teach this amazing, holistic modality.  My wonderful teacher Thurmond Greco who now lives in Woodstock, New York, said I was a natural.  After I finished 50 classroom hours and 100 pairs of feet, I had a practice. – I had no idea what an impact it would have on me, my life and my business.  Reflexology is now almost HALF of my income 🙂

I am inviting you to join me and just one other student/person/soul – I just teach two at a time – very rare and very hands on – the practice of Reflexology.  This is how I learned and I want to pass it down in this way.
